Readyloop is a focused readiness workspace—not a forever GRC lock-in. Export anytime from /app (Backup & handoff). The file is plain JSON you own.

What's in the file

  • systems — AI inventory (name, purpose, owner, risk tier, vendors)
  • controls — curated ISO/IEC 42001-aligned board with status and notes
  • evidence — titles, URLs, collected dates, and SHA-256 fingerprints
  • summary — counts and readiness percent at export time

How to export

  1. Sign in and open Overview.
  2. Scroll to Backup & handoff → Download JSON.
  3. Store the file in your compliance drive or ticket.

Stay, or hand off cleanly

Many teams use Readyloop as their ongoing readiness home. Some later move to a larger enterprise GRC suite—we make that a clean export, not a hostage negotiation. Use the JSON as a migration checklist: recreate systems, map control keys, and re-attach evidence URLs (or replace with native integrations). We do not auto-push into other platforms.

  • Inventory names + owners → their AI / asset register
  • Control status + evidence URLs → control evidence library
  • Auditor share links stay Readyloop-only; recreate shares there if needed

Portability & sunset

No lock-in: export anytime. If Readyloop ever shuts down, export first and keep a copy of this JSON plus your evidence destinations. Contact hello@getreadyloop.com if you need help unpacking a file.
