How Readyloop keeps you ready—and how X19 helps you pursue a formal ISO/IEC 42001 certificate.

Readyloop is built so you can become certification-ready and stay that way: inventory, controls, evidence, and gaps in one always-on workspace. Accredited certification bodies issue the actual ISO/IEC 42001 certificate after Stage 1 and Stage 2. We get you prepared—and, when you want, we work with you through submission and audit prep.

Think of Readyloop as the operating system for readiness. The certificate comes from a third-party cert body. Our job is to make that process clear, packaged, and far less painful.

What Readyloop does for cert readiness

  • Maintain a current AI system inventory with owners and risk tiers
  • Track a focused ISO/IEC 42001-aligned control board with evidence URLs
  • Surface open controls, missing owners, and stale evidence every week
  • Share a read-only auditor snapshot when buyers or assessors ask

How we help you get the certificate

  1. Workspace first — run Readyloop until inventory and priority controls are evidenced.
  2. AIMS Readiness Sprint — scope, Statement of Applicability draft, gap closure plan, and controls imported into your workspace ($8k–$25k).
  3. Ops / cert-body prep — scheduled human review, evidence packaging, Stage 1 / Stage 2 prep, and intro support to an accredited certification body (Ops plan).
  4. You submit — the organization contracts the cert body; we help you walk in prepared with a clean evidence story.

What we do not do

  • Issue the ISO/IEC 42001 certificate ourselves (only accredited bodies can)
  • Promise a pass/fail outcome—auditors decide independently
  • Replace a full enterprise GRC suite if that is already your path
